Lexi listened and found exactly what and gave me more than one to choose from. And she did it under budget. Nick took over and had all inspections and checks completed. Financing was a breeze and now I'm driving what I asked for and am beyond pleased. Run from the others straight to Bill Black!

Called bill black Chevy to get a receipt and invoice showing that I had my cue navigation system replaced there 3 years ago in order to provide proof to the claims department at Gm to receive a 100 percent refund. The first service person told me that they purge their records every 2 years so he can’t provide that information . I found out that there records are purged every 7 years so I speak with another service person and he told me that he see all of my maintenance records dating back to 2019 and one of the records indicated that I brought the car in because of problems with the cue navigation system but no record exists showing that I ever had the system replaced. I paid 1800.00 dollars using a credit card which shows bill black charged 1800.00 to my card so I’m wondering why bill blacks records doesn’t show the same thing. It all sounds like a lie and a cover up to me. Thanks for nothing bill black

I am extremely impress with the staff’s eagerness to assist you - whether you are purchasing a vehicle or not. Traci Todd, one of the staff members at Bill Black, handled an issue of mine in a timely manner with a very pleasant attitude. I have bought and sold a number of vehicles in my life and I’ve dealt with many dealerships, and I can confirm that the staff at Bill Black seems to go above and beyond what’s expected of them just to make sure you are taken care of.
I don’t get this professional caring attitude from the upper management at the other Chevrolet dealership across town. ….and because of that, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from that dealership. I plan to stay with Bill Black. I highly recommend Bill Black!!

I scheduled my appointment for my oil change online like I normally do. I received confirmation and planned my time around my class schedule so that it wouldn’t interfere. I received a call from Emily stating that my appointment wasn’t scheduled and that I’d have to reschedule for another time. I had to move things around in order for the 8:30 time to work and Emily was kind enough to offer a vacant office for me to work in once I arrived. The morning of my appointment the gentleman that I worked with was unpleasant. It was as if I was an inconvenience to him. Very little eye contact and very short with words. It made me feel like I should have left. I purchased my car from Terry Labonte but liked your oil change prices and services so I’ve been coming here for over four years. So, to say I was disappointed with all that had happened would be an understatement. While Emily was kind and helpful m, it was inconvenient and I didn’t leave feeling like a valued customer. When I went to my car, the paper floor mate was still in there and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed this time.

I called because my engine light came on. I normally go to Van York in High Point however they have been going down heal with customer service. So I thought I would call Bill Black. They made me an apppointment for the next day. I got there and did not know where to go and this sales man took me for a tour and showed me where to go, introduced me to who I needed to see. They had me sit and wait in the waiting area which was very nice. They came to get me to tell me it was under warranty and they needed to order my part. So I was very thankful. They all were extremely nice to me. They have a new customer.

My experience was great. It was a little bit more expensive than I thought because taxes and fees weren’t quoted, but otherwise… it was a very good experience.
