Helpful employee: The greeter answered our question on locating a particular gift card with two possibilities. While we were searching at the first, he came over to us to say he'd found out the second was more likely and redirected us there.

Did an online order for curbside pick. Upon my arrival, I activated the check-in process. Waited 25 minutes before my husband went in and was told by the female at the front door to just pull your car up and wait, they will bring it out when they get a chance. I didn't expect this attitude or approach to customer service.

I had already heard a lot about Best Buy and was really excited about the comparison with the German Media Markt / Saturn markets.Overall, I found it sobering. The prices aren't particularly great. Unfortunately, you can only find a few small parts and accessories in the store (e.g. cables or adapters); these are better ordered online.My uncle had ordered a webcam online to pick up from the market and it worked smoothly and quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful.
