I am super pleased with the service at the Greensboro location! I drove all the way to Winston Salem and got there around 3:30pm for the staff to tell me that my I phone could not be fixed today after confirming via phone that they would. I then drove to the Greensboro location to be greeted and helped by Gio who did an amazing job from beginning to end. My phone was completed and fixed within hours. I’m super impressed with the service I received from Gio and the team. I will surely be back for other services and future store purchases.

I want to thank Dennis a whole bunch. Today I was looking into a lynex pc even tho I did not recieve one. I got great advice, wonderful help on what I should do if I want to get into it the way I want. He was the only one out of 6 people that had saw me, gave me a great smile, was very enthusiastic about his job, man is great, I felt like a very appreciated customer and he took great care of me and the questions I had to ask of him. Thank you so kindly bro, you're amazing ?

Who doesn't know Best Buy? What could I say other than the fact that it was clean, orderly, and full of ambitious sales reps. I believe that's why you come to Best Buy is to be sure that you get a reputable, knowledgeable person to help you make a desired electronic purchase. Another, distinguishing, factor is that they have supervisors moving throughout the space, assisting customers and the reps. And this means that you're going to get the best customer service that's available along with the inside "skinny" on any special deals and knowledge on new technologies/products. That's what I received on my last visit. Impressive.

I would say that I walked right in and right back out. Although an item caught my eye and yet it wasn't avaliable. Only the one that was 4 times as expensive. What a waste of time, buy online.

Could have been a little more service friendly..
A little expensive BUT the customer service is worth for a few dollars more!
Wonderful people and give them a chance cuz they have some young go getters.

We could not get help buying a washer and dryer set. Even after asking 3 times. The sales people were too young and just wanted to talk amongst themselves. We felt unwelcome so we bought the same set at Lowe's instead.
