The credit card readers don’t work in either bay, the wash sucks, the dryer vents don’t move so you’re still wet when you leave, and the phone number provided for problems goes straight to voicemail. Waste of $12

I was trying out a new car wash because of its touchless service but was very disappointed in the quality of service received. The wheels were still dirty and there were streaks down the side of my vehicle. There were no vacuums available at all. Also, there was no one on sight to rectify this issue to gain a potential customer. I will not be returning!

I don't know about you, but even at 68 I still love to go through a drive-thru car wash. Whether I sit stationary and watch all these brushes and wheels swirl around me, or I get to drive through as I'm soaked rinsed and polished, I get such a kick out of being inside my car staying dry while it's a big but wonderful wet mess out there. My fondest memories of a car wash was when my Grandfather, may he rest in peace, was at his plumbing shop on Jerome avenue in the Bronx, next door to a car wash and a McDonald's. I had my sweet dog Divine then, and Divine and I would drive to my Grandpa's shop. As soon as he saw me, he would signal to the car wash manager that I am there, and I would get a free car wash. So cool! After the car wash my Grandfather would treat me and my dog Divine to lunch. I don't think I have ever seen before or seen since a dog eat a Big Mac, small fries and a medium size Diet Coke. I swear! Well about a year ago I went to the waterworks car wash on Bessemer near Summit Ave, close to where I live and that I usually go to. They aren't any worse or better than any of the others as far as getting your car cleaned, but they excel in customer service. Here's how I back that statement up About 2 years ago, I was driving through the car wash and all went well, but when I got home I noticed that a piece of my bumper was missing. I was absolutely sure that it was on before the car wash but when I went back it was not there. There was a phone number at the car wash for customer service, so I gave them a call, and I'll be damned but an actual live human being woman answered the phone and was very receptive to my call. She was going to look at her video and I was going to find out what it would cost to replace that part. Turned out that it would cost me $250 to replace that piece and she did indeed see the car piece fly off the car during the wash. As sympathetic as she was, she was not about to fork over cash, but offered me $250 in certificates for Ultimate Washes at their site. I took it and ran and so for the last couple of years, I have had a ball getting my car washed with one of those certificates and appreciating so much their working with me so it was not a total loss. As far as the facility itself, like I said, it's not any better or worse than any other. Most of the time the machines work and the wait is non-existent or minimal. I always thought these places cost too much money, but unless I'm willing to get off my lazy butt and soap and sponge down and wipe and dry my car myself, I need to keep my big mouth shut fork over the dough I would recommend this place just because I can assure you that if your money gets lost or something happens that is unsatisfactory, the organization will try to work with you. I would be remiss to not mention to you as soon as I got home with my beautiful, sparkling clean, shiny, spotless car, three pigeons crapped on my window. What can I tell you? You got to take the good with the bad!!

Cheap, but doesn't clean the car well and the vacuum you have to use quarter which is weird cause you can pay with your card to get a car wash. But the vacuum is not really good and you have to have 75 cents to start it and it last for like 2 minutes maybe

Locally owned and operated, and got the car clean. The dryers were meh. Overall it was less expensive than others and did a decent job at cleaning the car.
