I rented 2 units for our first year here in High point. This is a clean facility. The online access to my account was very convenient and the hours to access my unit worked well for me. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Thanks Bee Safe!

Bee Safe Storage has great customer service and everyone has a friendly attitude. My space was very clean and all of my things were intact. If I ever need storage again I will contact them or send a family member or friend to use there services.

The guys that work in the office, Michael and Chad are exceptionally patient and really good at working to find solutions. Moving can be challenging and their calm professionalism has been truly helpful.

Super convenient and very clean facility. Online access and follow up by management made renting a space verry easy. Multiple sizes to choose from. I rented a 10x10 and am super happy with it. Door works smoothly. Area is very clean. They have multiple entrances, all of which offer room enough for trucks. Hand carts and code access security round out this little gem in the heart of Apex. Highly recommend.

Because my time was limited, I took a chance and did everything online. I rented the unit sight unseen. Everything went smoothly and I’m happy. I struggled a little with the lock because the welcome package had no instruction for it. I called for help but I got frustrated with the automated answering system. I figured it out. Other than that, I was impressed that I could find a unit and move myself in within an hour. Clean and well lite.

Good customer service and value. 2 recommendations for improvement:
1. Have signs directing customers to the elevators. Currently you only have exit signs and sone lead to stairs
2. Have signs that direct people to numeric ranges (eg 2100-2200 go this way)
Both of the above are needed else customers will get lost in what feels like a maze. I know I did!

Picking a unit and signing us was the smoothest process I have done in a while. This locations has amazing staff, great customer service and the facility is always clean. No complaints yet.
