I recently started experiencing issues with my old Kia Soul, and the Battleground sales team assisted me with upgrading my vehicle. LaKenya and Elizabeth both did a wonderful job of guiding me through the car-buying process. I was particularly impressed with LaKenya’s professionalism and knowledge about the different models. She was honest, not pushy or overly aggressive, and made me feel comfortable. Took almost 2 hours for my oil change and the did not top off my wiper fluid which I told them was low and apparently had been since I purchased the vehicle from them.

Such a welcoming environment , Everyone & I do mean everyone was so polite and respectful. Very quick and easy process.
