“My son needed a headlight for his car. We went to this O'Reily Auto Parts to purchase the headlight. We asked the salesman if someone could install it for us. Little did we know that this favor would take over an hour to do as the location of this light is in a difficult location. Basically we needed a dealer to do this job as the car was manufactured to make it almost impossible to do it yourself. This salesman stuck right with the job and even at one point asked another employee to help him with the job. Both of these guys worked the entire time, never complained or told us they couldn't do the job or recommend that we go to a dealer. They helped us with no questions asked. They were both patient, kind and wanted to help us. The service we received was above and beyond! I totally recommend this O'Reily Auto Parts Location. They are top notch!”
“Eric was so nice! I asked him to check my battery because I’d been having some issues with starting my vehicle. He grabbed the tester and advised the battery needed to be replaced. I asked for recommendations and he showed me what was available for my make and model. He installed the battery in minutes and was a pleasure to converse with. It was an easy driveway to pull into to begin with there was signage of where to park overnight and where to go for the office in the morning with hours listed and a break room we could use with a real toilet! This place treats drivers like human beings! Like we should be! Take notice Walmart! This is how you treat people! As well as being unloaded in less than an hour! There would not be a so-called driver shortage if all companies would work like this! Get the drivers in and out! We are only the go-betweens! We have nothing to do with the freight and should not be held up for counting or sorting or any other such an nonsense! So I reiterate I love this place!”

“Love the store love the the people that work in the store man name Jordan, Christian Fernando and Jesus the company should give them a raise they really protect the store they're very knowledgeable of what parts and service is all about there was a general manager there his name was Kevin great man I don't know what happened to him but they should've kept him not a big fan of the manager that they have there now he seems standoffish and is not hospitable when you come into the store I rarely see him at night does he even work any nights I know there's other managers at other automotive stores that you see at least once at night closing the store he needs to do that so he can understand what goes on at night I don't know what goes on inside the storm I just know that he's got a good crew that really are taking care of customers”
“Came in today was missing a piece on my tire the manager helped me out himself. In between the store got busy but he still remembered me and helped out . We couldn’t fixed the problem but he did offer me a refund for my tools that couldn’t work .
