I was having trouble with my car battery and was stressed about it, but the customer service I recieved here made the experience better. My order was ready for pick up early and the battery was in my car before my scheduled time. The representative used my name and made me feel like a valued customer.

Always fast ,friendly and informative service. Was able to replace 2 lawnmower batteries during a sale and saved almost 20 percent compared to other store prices.

Called spoke with Dan ask if they match online prices and he proceeded to look up batteries plus and says ours is 329.99. I asked again do you match online prices. He then says what’s their price I say 304 no shipping no taxes. Then says no we don’t match online prices. So why even ask what the online price is. And companies wonder why local doors are closing.

I love this place. It's like a cultural experiment. All these young guys helping a (for the most part) "mature" clientele trying to figure out how to get something working. Every time I've been in there, the employees were helpful, kind and extremely understanding. Kudos to the managers for setting such a great tone for this place.

Great place to get my Iphone screen repaired - kind staff, simple, easy in and easy out - left my phone with them and was back 2 hours later with it good as new. I appreciated the Sunday hours and would go back again. No complaints at all. Thank you!

Great customer service & fast installation of an iphone screen & battery replacement! They even had my keyfob battery that I needed all in-stock, even with an older iphone model! Was not expecting that. Usually an S/O is needed. Went shopping and came back and the repair was done and waiting for me.EXCELLENT pricing!!Thanks guys! 10 ⭐️
