We had a great experience at Bassett Furniture store in Greensboro. Jenny, our sales person, was friendly and helpful, but didn't follow us around like a shark! She answered our questions with no sales pressure and was great to work with. There was a good selection of furniture styles and finishes and we found just what we were looking for. We highly recommend this store and staff!

As we entered the store Jenny Thornton greeted us. She is knowledgable, professional, and passionate about what she does. She listened to what it is we were looking for and was able to create a vision that matched ours. She spent time with us picking out a rug as well as what pieces to add that would truly make our dream a reality. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and highly recommend her.

Check out Bassett in Greensboro, I highly recommend getting your furniture from them. I had a fantastic experience with Cordelle who is one of the designers at the Greensboro store. She knew how to figure out my style and taught me about the construction of the sofa I fell in love with. I talked to her about my budget and she even offered financing options. And showed me some great deals that are only offered in the store. This was my first time making a major furniture purchase and it will not be my last. So like I said, check out Bassett and ask for Cordelle . She’s amazing!

Loved the service I received from this location. Cordelle, helped us and is an amazing designer. She did not try to pressure us into buying or follow us around the store. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture and gave us some GREAT ideas that we had not thought about. She has definitely earned my repeat business.

My sweet wife and I stopped by the greensboro store last week to look for a sofa. We were met by Josh who guided us on the the most joyous adventure we could ever imagine. The greensboro store not only had the perfect sofa for us but also many other beautiful pieces we fell in love with. We will never go anywhere else for furniture.

I wanted to give Pam at Bassett a big thank you for trusting me to design home interiors for our wonderful clients. I am thrilled to be at Bassett, it is a great company to work as a Design Consultant.
As a furniture snob, I love well-made furniture and I could not work for a company that makes disposable furniture. Our wood pieces last a lifetime and our upholstery will get your newborn into high school. They are made to last. We have ventured into OUTDOOR, and I am proud to share that our wrought aluminum will stand up to weather for seasons to come.

I am writing this review to express my profound appreciation and satisfaction with Bassett Furniture on 4501 Landover Rd., Greensboro, NC. If you are seeking quality items, friendly and knowledgeable staff, impeccable service, and delivery, Bassett Furniture is your place to go. From the moment you enter the store, you feel at home. I had the opportunity to meet Pam Buthman-Metten, the store manager. Pam introduced me to Cordelle Louis, my interior design consultant. I have purchased custom furniture in the past and I must say that Cordell‘s expertise and interior design talent is second to none. I purchased the Everette reclining sectional and the Wrenn reclining chair. Cordelle was extremely helpful with assisting me with my color choices, my leather choice and my fabric choices. The accent pillows came out great as well! The end result is a beautiful family great room that I am sure that my family and I will enjoy for many years to come. We are more than happy and thrilled with how great everything turned out. Cordelle came out to my home on delivery day to make sure everything was placed in the room perfectly Lastly, I have purchased furniture from Bassett in the past and I had an issue with one of the pieces, Pam and Cordelle went above and beyond to rectify and correct the issue. I would highly recommend Bassett Furniture for any and all of your home furnishing needs. I will be back for any of my future home, furnishing needs! Syna B.
