This is a horrible store. The sales associate Marty does not let other sales associate have their chance with sales. She follows them around the store without even giving them chance. She calls all customers “girlfriend” even after they stated they do not like that. She takes a million smoke breaks and come back in smelling like cigarettes. Hardly greets customers and ignores most customers that come in. The entire management team has no management at all. There has been a gas problem for a very long time that the store owner does not want to fix at all. The store has a old furnace that gives customers a literal heart attack, they are not a equal opportunity job and they also are not equal with their customers horrible establishment

I came on black Friday to get my furniture everything I had picked out would happened to be discontinued I was so disappointed but Manual Gantus Assured me that we could find something else. He was so patient In helping me find a new bedroom and den set That I liked even better than the one I had picked out. I experienced a wonderful interaction here picking out my entire living room + new furniture for my new home. Everybody was very kind and accommodating. Derrick was extremely helpful and patient!!! I wish more salesmen were this way…and then maybe the stereotype could slowly fade that if someone works on commission, that they are pushy, because this was the absolute opposite! Then, during check out, the manager went above and beyond in helping for a far away delivery, as well as showing appreciativeness of my business! A big thank you to all of you for the ease of all my needs!

Will never order from this place again. Went in on October 25th and purchased a mirror and couch, paid in full. When it was time for the delivery November 2nd, they only brought the mirror. The people who assisted me on my order failed to mention the couch was on back order and I wouldn’t be receiving it until November 22. Then when November 22nd came, I get a call before my scheduled delivery, saying that the people who were working my route “quit”. Which is weird because the same people who were suppose to deliver it last week are now the same ones delivering it this week. I could’ve went and got a couch quicker from somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

We went into this store today and Lenard gave us THE BEST customer service! He greeted us when we entered the store, gave us space to browse and came back to check on us. He answered ALL of our questions and was very patient with us!!! He was a joy and pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable and honest with us. We appreciate all of his help and insight.
