I have used Awards of Excellence for the last 15 years for our Dancing with the Carolina Stars event for Operation Smile. Year after year they surpass my expectations. Price wise and quality.I would not use anyone else!!!!!

This is the FOURTH Year our Cub Scout Pack has used Awards of Excellence for Pinewood Derby Trophies. This year we ordered 24 Trophies which were loved by the kids and their parents! Job well done Susie!!

Purchased an Emmy for $450 online, took it to them to have a plate engraved bent and applied. Dropped off on the 11th and picked it up on the 20th then noticed the left side of the plate came loose and popped out. I chose to take it back the following Monday wanting to enjoy it for the weekend. Took it back Monday and Friday at 3:00 hearing nothing went to retrieve it and found it had not been touched. Was told then of what was going to be done to fix it and that was something that wouldn't have been possible by the end of day rather some time next week. Seems to me that correcting something would take priority, left with the feeling that since it was for me and not an event with a deadline I was again put on the back burner. Would not recommend.

AMAZING STAFF with equally amazing service. I needed to order awards (at the last minute) and Susie was extremely helpful and accommodating of this task. I appreciate being able to ALWAYS receive professional and friendly customer service.

First time dealing with this place and I nothing but great things to say. The staff was very helpful and informative. I ordered several plaques for a cancer event and and the plaques were better than expected. I’m so appreciative and will definitely do business with them again ❤️❤️

This is the absolute best location in the Triad to get a trophy made. They have the best customer service, best quality, honesty and integrity. They turn things around quickly and if they see any issue they are upfront. Best business in town. Please use them.

Fast and friendly service for our employee retirement awards, club service awards and trophies. Operates with the highest degree of integrity. Much of the work is done in house so they can handle rush jobs and your money stays in the local economy. They also have a nice variety of awards instead of the same old plaques (despite my pic of a same ole plaque.)
