I’ve been a customer of auto zone for years and until recently have experienced the worst service ever. I purchased a part yesterday then returned today with a question about the part that I purchased. The parts manager Corey looked at me like I’m speaking a different language. He preceded to inform me that they are not mechanics and he doesn’t have any idea to the question I’m asking him. He didn’t volunteer to look up anything for me on the company computer and his attitude was genuinely sour. I left and went to Advanced Auto on Market street where the manager Larry was more than happy to assist me and had good knowledge about vehicles.
I’m never shopping at Auto Zone again. I can’t support a company that hires people just to fill positions that have no interest in being there.

The service was quick, we found the terminals for the car battery, there were terminals for different gauges of cable, depending on the type of car and battery, a neat and clean place, the service was good. ?

Terrible, guys pretty much told me to get lost. Said my check engine light was probably my gas cap and that if I knew anything I'd be calling my mechanic not in their store. Never going back again and will stear anyone I know away from that place.
