Today I had the worst experience. I asked one of the guys to help me with the control of my car and he told me he couldn't and they ignored me. I went wrong. I then went to Reilly and they gave us the best service. We made a purchase of average 900.00 .. a purchase that was lost due to poor service ?

They sold me a defective o2 sensor and they did not want to give me a refund because it was "used" for 2 hours, how else are you supposed to know if the o2 sesnsor works without plugging it in? They came up with the most srupid excuses like " it doesnt have grease on it, maybe someone is putting it on wrong, train your personnel better please, they will do anyrhing to steal your money.

Darnell was very committed to finding me what I needed. He searched all over the store and when the item could not be located he gave me expert advice on a workaround. It was clear that my need was very important to him. I’m very grateful to him and this specific store. There was another young lady who was very helpful but I did not get her name. Great customer service.

I recently visited AutoZone because I was told by another company that I needed a whole new car battery after fraudulent testing. After being meeting Brianna, she was able to reassure me that my battery was totally fine, and that it passed all tests. Brianna’s amazing customer service and a little bit of humor made my day, and I will definitely be coming back with my trust.

Bought, at AutoZone, an alternator (new) that I installed in July. It failed in February and was guaranteed for life. Took it there to confirm it wasn’t working seeking a replacement less the core charge that would be refunded when I brought the old one back. They said the battery was too low for their tester to read…now there is a surprise for a failing alternator!!! When I asked for a 10mm so they could put an adequate charge on it they didn’t have one. They could have simply put a volt meter on it to see it wasn’t working or noticed that the pulley wasn’t spinning. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy for a guaranteed alternator!
