If i could rate it lower than one star I would. I came to the location to have a diagnostic on a vehicle on two ocassions in one day. On the first visit, I was not greeted by staff, and when I was finally approached about service, the male worker had an I don’t care attitude. Furthermore, once he “completed” my diagnostic, he just left me and my vehicle outside without saying anything, where I had to proceed into the store to locate him. On my second visit, I walked into the store where there was a caucasian woman working the front counter. She looked at me multiple times and did not welcome me into the store, nor did she ask if I needed help. After standing and lookin oblivious for five minutes, she demanded that another worker come to the front as it was NOW time for her to clock out. I was then approached by an elder african american male who looked like he could care less of my inquires. Said male then told another coworker who was already working on someone else’s vehicle to assist me. All of this to say, this location provides piss poor service. It must be this locations mission to upset and ignore customers. If you need any services, I would highly recommend going to the Summit Av. Autozone as their staff provided immediate, pleasant, and effective service.

Every time I go to this store the employees seem to never want to do their job and have an attitude when you ask for help, I have gone to have batteries charged and they always seem to forget to charge them, I have asked for help with tools and they tell me “don’t know what that is you can go look over there” all these replies to the reviews of this store but nothing is ever done

Mr. Brian was exceptionally kind and helpful in getting our car back on the road! Our battery had gone bad and he went over and above to charge it there and make sure it was actually bad before we bought a new one and then he installed it for us even as it was getting close to time for them to close. Great customer service experience!

I have been coming to Autozone for many years, however I must give recognition to Mr. Wright for his excellent customer service skills. He was fast, efficient and thorough regarding a part that my vehicle manufacturer no longer offered without purchasing the complete assembly. This could have cost me hundreds of dollars. To get to the point, he offered some advice and suggestions. My mechanic created the part and guess what THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF on my vehicle. I have been driving the vehicle now for 5 months and I haven't had any problems with the parts. I really appreciate your expertise Mr. Wright and for being knowledgeable and professional and most of all saving me a lot of money.
