Had a new radio and back up camera installed and everything was flawless! I was able to wait for my vehicle and kept up to date. He did a phenomenal job and I'll definitely be coming back for more services!

Will never buy again nor will I send anyone to this dealer... We originally made a deal that was agreed on both sides and should have backed off soon as they couldn’t remember what the deal was. Went through purchased vehicle at the asking price. Paid for tags as also informed I needed weighted tags ( as the vehicle needed anyways...Ram 2500) I received tags for 6000lbs (truck gvwr 6300lbs empty) . So yes I had take a day off work go to dmv and handle this matter as Auto Motive told me it wasn’t their issue anymore that the truck was registered in my name now. . Next I go to rotate wheels and there is no lug but key for the wheels.. I contact Auto Motive asking if they might have it still by accident and all I get is “I will look when I get a chance “...... So now I am in process of getting a shop to remove all lug nuts and replace them before I happen to be stranded on side of the road ....

Matthew Roper was very helpful with my buying situation, I had been to other dealerships and they basically told me that they could not help me but when i got to Auto Motives and talked to Matt he pretty much told me he would do what he could to get me in a car and that is exactly what he did. ??SAVE YOU MONEY??CHECK THE PHOTOS WITH MY REVIEW. I’VE UPLOADED SEVERAL CONVERSATIONS WITH ME AND THE OWNER MATTHEW. THIS GUY LIES SO MUCH ESPECIALLY TO THE BBB LIKE I ASKED HIM TO PAY ALL THIS MONEY TO CHEVY. CLEARLY MY PICTURES SHOW I WENT TO CHEVY Wednesday 01/30/2019 AND DECLINED REPAIRS BECAUSE I WAS ONLY THERE FOR A DIAGNOSTIC TEST. DIDNT CONTACT MATTHEW UNTIL FRIDAY 02/01/2019 TO TELL HIM ABOUT IT ONCE I GOT THE VEHICLE TOWED. THERES SO MANY DATE STAMPS ON MY SCREENSHOTS SHOWING YOUR LIES ABOUT WHEN AND WHAT HAPPEN. YOU TOLD BBB YOU OFFERED TO HELP ME BY OFFERING TO GO TO YOUR MECHANIC WITH THE VEHICLE AND THEN LATER I SENT YOU A VIDEO SHOWING LIGHTS ON AND WHATEVER. THATS ALSO A DAM LIE AND SHOWN IN THE SCREENSHOTS YOU WILL SEE NONE OF THAT CONVERSATION OCCURED UNTIL AFTER I SENT HIM THE VIDEO. I’ve had regular communication with the Matthew and Chase until this morning when I text to tell them I had the Chevy dealer diagnose it and there’s several issues with this vehicle. Gave them $6000 down now I’m out of the money and a vehicle not to mention my first car payment is 2/8/19. Still haven’t even got a Sorry a F U or anything. This placed rigged this vehicle to get it off the lot. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE
