I was frustrated with the retailer when trying to get a replacement for a broken bed rail. I contacted the manufacturer, Austin Group, directly and they found a rail and are sending it to me. Excellent service and attitude!Thank you!

So I go shopping for furniture at my regular furniture store that I go to (FFO home) I see this pretty bedroom set and decided to buy it we got and and put it together and so then come to find out we get wrong instructions fo my mirror dresser and no holes were screwed in so we had to screw are own holes same with my bed set we get the instructions but no holes are screwed in so it was by far the worst quality ever DONT by there furniture IM warning you this is what will happen if you get there furniture!!!!!
