Went in for a brake pad replacement. Without my consent, the dealership went ahead and approved a ton of unnecessary work on my car totaling 4K. When I called to ask why this happened they said I gave them approval, despite never doing so, and therefor I have to pay for the work and "to make it up to me" they'll give me a free servicing next time I came in for work. Absolutely shameless scammers who had no problem cleaning out a college kid's wallet.

Asked for an estimate for a part repair and a timeline. They told me they can't give me this information until they run a diagnostic to confirm the problem. So I left and proceeded to call Raleigh Audi and they gave me the info in 3 minutes.Time and time again Audi of Greensboro shows they have no idea what they are doing. To anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else with competent employees. There's a reason I bought my A7 in Raleigh and continue to give them my business.

Service reps and Mgr are great. Very well organized and customer oriented. Watch for high value service specials offered from time to time. They would have all my service business if more competitive but I understand their level of service comes at some additional cost.
