I had some issues with my other phone carrier (no names mentioned!!) so we decided to switch to ATT. It was busy when we got there but we we greeted immediately by a gentleman who said he’d be right with us he was just finishing up with another client. We spent an hour with the sales person Robert King. He went through our bill throughly so we understood our new plan. My mother is older and he was so kind to her making sure she understood her new device. We had such a great experience I send all my friends to Robert and ATT. Thank you Robert!!!

From the minute the door was held for me by a sale rep, to everyone that greeting me in the store, the feeling was welcoming. Aaron was very knowledgeable of the product which made my purchase seamless and quick. My experience was great!

In early October of 2023, my sister and I were at AT&T on Wendover Avenue in Greensboro. We were not seeking to make a purchase at the location. Instead we were seeking to resolve a long-time customer-client issue. Michael Aspinall, a retail consultant at the location, served us with such applaudable attention. Look up any definition of good customer service and you come to expect the seller to listen actively to the needs of customers; to help customers responsively; and to ensure satisfied service to customers. This is exactly what we received from Michael Aspinall, even though he knew we were not in to make a sale. Cannot say enough - Thank you Michael Aspinall at AT&T for such fantastic service ! ! !

Extremely long wait time. Then the guy who was greeting people at the door told me someone was available to help me, I’m waking over to be helped and a family of 3 walks in and sits down in front of me and the AT&T representative says “oh well they were already here. They went somewhere and came back” after I had been there waiting. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. That was rude so I left. The guy greeting at the door was very sweet but the representative was rude.

We had an excellent experience at this location. We were at the Friendly Center location earlier in the day, and we were completely ignored. There was no one checking folks in and no place for folks to check themselves in. We wandered a minute looking at phones and were never even approached by anyone to get us on the list. We also overheard a conversation with another customer who had been repeatedly pushed down the list despite his having an appointment. So we left the Friendly location and came out to the Wendover location, and it was like night and day. We were immediate greeted and placed on the list to speak with someone, and ended up working with Aaron. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all our questions and gave us a recommendation that worked for our family. If you need to go to an AT&T in Greensboro, you should definitely go to this one on Wendover.

Came in to trade in our old phones from different carriers. Michael was more than helpful in assuring we received the best savings and best plans per our internet and usage needs. His knowledge, hospitality, and efficiency should be a standard for all AT&T customer service. Happy to have switched over to AT&T given the support we’ve received.

I came into the store today and was helped by Aaron and LJ. Of no fault of their own we ran into some major problems. However, the entire time I was with them they were working as a team, friendly to myself, and to each other. I can not thank them enough for their assistance and good nature. Give them a bloody raise.

Terrible experience, evening of 5/16! Went in, all agents were busy. Within a few moments, told by one, “someone would be with me, shortly”. For 25 mins, I sat there, listening to way too loud obnoxious music, completely inappropriate for the environment. Then they started freeing up one by one, one went outside….others went to the back. After waiting, an additional 15 mins….I left. Very inconsiderate of my time. A waste of a trip!

Overall good experience here because of Josh the salesman. He gave a really chill vibe and helped with the entire process of swapping. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable and honestly had a really good time while at the store!
