This store is great. It's my go to ATT store in Greensboro. I made the mistake of trying out the Friendly location and got HUSTLED there, but the team at the Battleground store fixed that for me and validated that the other store was obviously just trying to pad their numbers to add lines (they said it way more professionally than that, but still).In addition to that, the wait times are so much better. I got seen immediately, while in Friendly Center it took an hour.The team is very transparent and knowledgeable.

Payne was wonderful! Took care of my email issue patiently and a lot of troubleshooting much to my relief! I would recommend this store highly as I have had great customer service whenever I go there.

Recently bought the iPhone 14 and opened 2 lines. They lied about the total monthly cost and charged me an extra $100 on my next bill because they failed to explain to me that the bill I was paying for was a single line. The double line discount was not applied to my first bill and they refused to refund me the full amount. Just a horrible experience as a first time customer.

Anthony L provided Exceptional Service during our visit.We went to the Battleground ave location after five(5) visits to the Friendly Center Location(yes you read that right; FIVE VISITS). It does not take 5 visits to transfer a line but the team at Friendly makes it SO difficult. In fact, they told me it could not be done.After leaving Friendly on Thursday 05/11/23, we decided to stop at the location on Battleground ave.Anthony helped us to transfer the phone number to AT&T. We were in and out of the store with a new phone, phone case, screen protector, and a Pop socket - All under 60minutes.Go and see Anthony L at the AT&T on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro. He will respect your time, he pays attention to detail, and his customer service is exceptional.

I strongly suggest you avoid this company at all cost. A sneaky sales rep sold me a phone with NO CHARGER in the middle of moving, and since then I've had nothing but problems with false charges and customer service issues.I used to respect AT&T. Now I can't wait to escape the abusive relationship.$438 more to go and then I can leave. I will NEVER be back.

The 2 women there had no idea what they were doing. When I would ask what the problems were they couldn’t give me a real answer because they didn’t even know them selves. They both even gave me a condescending attitude implying I didn’t know what I was talking about even though ive been through this process multiple times. Came in a total of 4 times in one day which took up 5 hours of my time. After one failed attempted they said they “fried” the SIM card and I could no longer have that phone. After she fried it she refused to do anything further because it made her “uncomfortable” which was implying she didn’t want to get in trouble with work rather than help me. I was given 2 different prices for how much the down payment would be and when I asked why they were different I was given the response that she could not guarantee they same price as another associate. The price goes by the company policy not the individual. Went to the location in friendly center and everything was done for me in less than 40 minutes. These workers have no idea what they’re doing, and I’ve been through this process before so I know what is supposed to happen and rather than admit they are confused they were both condescending and acting as if I was in the wrong or ignorant about the situation. One of the women was even using profanity to the support women over the phone which I did not appreciate since it was her fault, not the support employee and made me uncomfortable. I think AT&T is a great company but they need way more training customer service and literally knowing how to do their job right wise. When we left we laughed in the parking lot because we knew we wasted to much time and were so belittled by these women when we could of just went to a different location who had employees who knew what they were doing rather than blaming their mistakes on costumers. I feel really bad for other customers who are going to be insulted and taken advantage of because these 2 individuals would rather try to save their selves than actually try to do their literals jobs.

Great experience! Leslie was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My issue was taken care of very quickly after having a poor experience at another store.

The person who greeted me got me helped in short order. A bit upset at the company in general for making me have to call my request in but that’s not this store location’s fault. They did their job well.
