Had all my teeth removed by their affiliated oral surgeon. Everything went well with 21 teeth removed. Have not had very much pain, but do have a little bruising and of course swelling. Teeth seem to be really large for my mouth and are not snug enough to stay in on their own. They will be adjusted soon as swelling subsided. So far my dental journey has been great.

The staff was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. I can only give 3 stars bc, despite the staff, there comes the cost estimate. Now, I'm self employed and made very clear when I made my appointment as well as when I arrived that I had no dental insurance and would be paying out of pocket. I was told that for a cleaning and a root canal the cost would be $4,649.00 (after discount). I strongly encourage people to shop around more.

Extremely rude Entire Front Staff Including Office Manager. Customer Service was terrible not professional at all. Cleaning rescheduled for over 2 years. When I finally get in for an appointment I had 3 things supposedly done filling, crown and extraction. Needless to say ALL WERE RUSHED AND HALF WAY DONE. TEMPORARY CROWN FELL OUT NEXT MORNING WHILE DRINKING COFFEE AND SOME OF THE FILLING CAME OUT AS WELL (had not eaten anything after I left dentist that night mouth hurt so bad no pain medication was prescribed) I called immediately no answer ALL MORNING LEFT MESSAGES EMAIL NO RESPONSE JUST YESTERDAY AFTER A WEEK OFFICE MANAGER CALLS TO SAY COME IN AT 4 YOUR CROWN IS IN(as if I’m sitting around doing nothing and can come last min) I then explain to him what happened HIS RESPONSE OOO THAT HAPPENS… WORST DENTAL PLACE EVER IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STAR I WOULD -1000000***s

The staff was courteous and professional. The dr was informative and gentle with my mouth. Let me know everything that was going on and did all he could to save my tooth. This was my first time visiting and I certainly will be going back for maintenance care for my teeth. Awesome experience!

Place is straight garbage and even that is an overstatement, incredibly corporate and uncaring service, will carelessly set you up for the wrong appointments, won’t give you any information, NEVER have a hygienists in, the whole establishment is unprofessional and don’t actually care about you in the slightest. On a budget and had to take the bus to an appointment for a cleaning they told me was covered, as soon as I sit in the chair the hygienist tells me It’ll be 194 for the cleaning. Nobody actually knows anything and nobody cares to check with you, it’s sad how long you have to wait for things they claim get progressively get worse if unattended and then callously push it off. God forbid you come in 10 minutes late and get a nice late fee, but they can reschedule you 5 minutes before you arrive and waste your time consistently.

I just dropped my review down from a 2 star to a 1 star. Now I have to explain why.This place is a freaking joke. They rescheduled my wife's appointment 3 times. They rescheduled mine twice (including a time that I wasn't called and showed up at the office) and then moved my time back on the day of (I won't be petty and call that a third reschedule). When I asked why I was being rescheduled, they said it was a family emergency. When I asked why we've been rescheduled multiple times over multiple months, they said it was an employee who kept calling out and other staffing issues. I wonder what they are doing to keep rotating through employees? I haven't seen the same person at the front desk any of the times I've been there.They did an X-ray on my wife while she was pregnant. She was stressed out and doesn't like confrontation so she didn't know what to do, but they didn't even pause a beat and check her medical records before snapping away.They also have a weird, scammy policy that they don't schedule your first exam and cleaning at the same time, which, to me, seems like a way to get more out of you and your insurance. And it's a huge inconvenience for anyone actual responsibilities.Then, since we're on the topic of scammy insurance tactics. Let's talk about why we went from 2 stars to 1. I got a bill today that shows I was charged for a "Fluoride Varnish." Now, if I look at my insurance, "Fluoride" is covered fully, but a "Fluoride Varnish" is only covered for children. So why wouldn't they consult me or my insurance about this? Oh, that's right, so they can squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. What a joke.I did like the hygienists that helped me. They were nice. Too bad they can't keep any around.

As always, my visit at Aspen Dental was epic! I was scheduled for 9:00. I got there at 8:55 and was in and out by 9:15. My partial was ready. I was fitted and had no complaints! I love Aspen Dental! Many thanks for great service!

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your Greensboro Aspen Dental location on Friday, September 29, 2023. As a new patient seeking a consultation, my encounter with your staff left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disrespected. This made me feel as though my time was not valued, and I was left to wait for an unreasonably long period before being assisted. It is essential to prioritize the timely attention of patients, especially those who are new to your practice. during my visit, I requested a copy of my dental records/treatment plan but I was told by the same staff member that it was not possible to print mine. He said I can come back by next Monday next week to request this record be sent to my email. To my surprise and disappointment, the staff member was able to print my wife's plan even though she accompanied me on the same day. This inconsistency in service is both frustrating and perplexing. As a new patient, I expected to be treated with fairness and equity. To exacerbate the situation, the demeanor of the staff member conducting my consultation was less than satisfactory. Their apparent unhappiness and lack of enthusiasm during the consultation were evident, which only added to my discomfort. It is crucial that dental professionals approach their work with professionalism and a positive attitude to ensure a comfortable and reassuring experience for patients. Additionally, I have a medical condition, namely high blood pressure, which requires careful consideration. Regrettably, the staff member did not demonstrate the necessary sensitivity and understanding regarding my health condition. This lack of consideration is concerning and raises questions about the quality of care provided at your facility.

Was told I needed a deep cleaning. NEVER have I been told this before. Of course, they made me pay upfront for this service but could not do it that day. Was told to come back a different day. When I arrived that day for the already paid for deep cleaning, the office was closed! I finally got my money back and went to a reputable local dentist that is fabulous! And I did NOT need a deep cleaning either. This place is all about telling you that you need something and you MAY not, just for more $$

Customer service is terrible, receptionist can barely understand english.. payment team have no clue what they’re doing. Essentially modern day snake oil in a “dental” format.Wonderful if you enjoy waiting 2 hours for nothing then they attempt to charge you 3x for worse work than any community dentist nearby. Honestly laughable this joke of a company deserves no business unless you’re looking to ruin your teeth in an EXTREMELY overpriced manner.Also please stop faking the 5 star reviews the owner isn’t fooling anybody

On June 26th I set an appointment over the phone with Aspen Dental because I have 3 wisdom teeth, and another tooth that was also an issue. The appointment was set for July 22nd, which was a while out, but I decided that I could deal with the issue until then. On July 17th my appointment needed to be rescheduled, but no one called me, and I did not see the email until the 22nd, when I was looking for the address for my appointment. I begrudgingly rescheduled my appointment for August 26th, because they had no dentist scheduled for the day of my appointment. On August 18th my appointment was yet again cancelled. I decided to look elsewhere as my pain has escalated drastically since then, and I would rather go somewhere that takes my pain seriously.

8/2023 UPDATE!! I recently had a cleaning that was prescheduled 6 months ago to be canceled by the office 1 day before my appointment, due to lack of available Dental Hygienist. I requested to have a new appointment made and was told they couldn't because they now only have 1 Dental Hygienist and they don't have any available appointments for the rest of the year. I requested they contact their sister offices to see if they could fit me in for a cleaning... I was told that those offices have the same issue of only 1 DH to assist the patients and that the reason was due to a shortage of DH in North Carolina. The office clerk failed to show empathy regarding the issue, which was very disappointing as a NEW patient trying to stay on top of my cleanings. Considering this poor experience...I no longer recommend Aspen Dental!!GREAT experience with Tia at the front desk...so helpful. Also my Dental Hygienist, Jennifer was AMAZING and very informative. I recommend this Aspen Dental office!

Had a procedure scheduled months ago that I have already paid for. I went in on procedure day was turned away and told phone systems were down and they had no access to patient files so they would have to call back to reschedule. I never got a follow up call and have been calling for the past 2 months leaving voicemails and when I reached a person once was put on hold and they never returned. I have yet to get through to anyone to reschedule this appointment meanwhile it has already been paid in full. And it is a painful wisdom tooth extraction I’ve had to walk around all summer with. Spoke with staff today after a 15 minute hold and told very unapologetically that they were doing the best with the staff they had and that’s all they can do. I don’t know about the other locations but please avoid the battleground Greensboro location.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff and the Dr. I had 5 teeth pulled and got a full set uppers and lowers. They were so kind to me because they knew I was scared of a dentist. The Dr was the best I’ve ever had. I almost hated I didn’t have more teeth to pull. I had a lot of pain to start off with but they were so kind to me and worked on my bottom denture until I could wear them. Loved my top plate from the beginning but was a little discouraged about the bottom denture until today when I got my permanent set. I’m so tickled I don’t even have to use any glue. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Greensboro on Battleground Ave.
