“My son and his girlfriend have recently been looking at apartments in Greensboro and after several tours around Greensboro, they were in agreement that Wendover River Oaks would be the one. They met with Drew, toured the apartments and decided to move forward. During the application process, we were pleased to work with Drew and the office staff. They were patient with mom (me) who had lots of questions and never received anything but kindness each time I called them. This is a huge time for my son! And of course his dad and I just wanted to make sure he will be living in a good location and could count on the property management to see that he feels comfortable, has a clean apartment and outside environment, and that the property feels and is safe given that it's in the city. I am super excited for this time in my sons life and I feel good knowing that Drew is just a call away for this mom and will kindly help me with questions or concerns! That makes it so much easier! Thank you Drew and the staff at Wendover River Oaks! My son and his girlfriend are excited to call this home!”
“Have been here a year now and have no reason to complain. Great location and they offer many community meet ups and events if that’s what you’re looking for! Maintenance staff is on their game and fixed both of my inquiries the day of and stayed until they confirmed everything was good to go. You may have to look into paying a small monthly fee for parking if you are one to come and go at uncommon hours. Other than that, Dawn and her team have made it a place people are proud to call home!”

“Ashley Oaks Apartments are an all around great place to live. The office staff are amazing and extremely helpful. They always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Maintenance is friendly, courteous, and know how to do their job. The apartments are affordable. The complex is very clean and the outside grounds look great. The apartments themselves are very nice. They are spacious with very nice walls, floors, and appliances. Ashley Oaks lives up to their “Welcome Home” motto because they make you feel right at home.”

“I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND these 3 ladies if you ever need to be serviced!As a new student being introduced into the apartment life, I had trouble navigating through the system. They were problems caused by the system and I ended up having problems with my application.Denisa & Micaela (who I spoke to over the phone) were an amazing and very patient. I had to call back numerous of times and each time I called, they helped me tremendously!!Tabitha: who I encountered with in person was so patient!! The situation I had was very stressful and each of these 3 ladies did not mind helping me at all. The environment and atmosphere was amazing! Everything about my experience here was beautiful.
