Not sure what his name is, but he has been here to clean my carpets once or twice before. The floors were very nice afterwards though the citrus smell left after very short time. He seemed to take his time more this time and the floors reflected that. Very pleased!Service: Carpet steam cleaning

We have used All Star a number of times and they do a great job. They did all of our carpets a few months ago and cleaned up a number of stains. We had them do our sofas last week and we were impressed with how well they turned out. Would highly recommend!

Our upstairs carpet (somewhere between 500-1000sqft) had cat pee in every room. For $600, they cleaned the entire carpet and did a double dosage on each cat pee spot they could find. It dried completely in 1 day and the chemical smell (and cat pee smell) has disappeared after 2 days. Scheduling was easy and the technician was nice and professional. Overall, we are pleased and will reach out to them if we ever need another cleaning!

Todd did an amazing job on my carpets. He didn't insist on cleaning one room that was in terrible shape, he suggested replacing the flooring which I thought would be needed.
