It's nice to walk into an office and I someone greet you with a smile and a jouful Hello. Thank you.It was a pleasure meeting my instructor Gary, he was ecxellent in teaching me how to use my ResMed machine. He was pleasant, direct and has a great personality, He made the learning experience easy for an old Lady. It was a pleasure having him as my instructor. I would recommend this office for there excellent care. They are very professional. Again thank you All for a pleasant visit.

Just received my CPAP at Aerocare (Adapthealth). Tawanna at front desk was extremely personable and great to work with.Amy, who walked me through my new machine (been using a CPAP for 6+ years) showed me options in my new machine that could be very beneficial. She patiently worked through my many questions (I am Type A) keeping a smile on her face the whole time. She was a great help.

We were on vacation and my husband left a piece of his cpap machine at home. Aerocare welcomed us in and had just the part we needed. They were so friendly and helpful. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the folks at Aerocare. Thank you so much!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have a parent company AdaptHealth that is a predatory health resupplier that will call you, text you, email you non stop requesting that you tell them to "restock" your supplies. The minute you say yes you will have a box full of supplies.. all good. Until you start getting the invoices and realize that they have knowingly provided you items that your insurance will not cover. They only offer a 30 day return policy on items so by the time the bill comes 4 months later it's too late to return the supplies. I'm currently filing a BBB report and an Attorney General compliant against AeroCare and their parent company AdaptHealth.........AVOID AT ALL COST

What a wonderful business. The staff are so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Gary is exceptional at introducing you to CPAP. The session is very “hands on” and questions are answered thoroughly. You will not be disappointed in any way with the service you receive here.

I was with my husband who had his cpap machine being checked out. I noticed while waiting the activity the receptionist (Tawanna Pittman) has handling. About 6 people came in at one time and she handled their needs with patience, listening ear, and treated each one with respect. Tawanna was an excellent person to meet people and handle what their needs were. She needs to be commended with her abilities with working with the public.She made each customer feel that their request was most important. GOOD JOB, TAWANNA!!!

My CPAP was not turning on. I called AeroCare and spoke with Lashaye who told me to come in and see if it was a power chord issue. I came into the office and spoke with Tawanna who brought me back and we tried another power chord and it starting working. Both Lashaye and Tawanna helped get me back to having a good nights rest. Thanks again!

A+ Great Experience Tammy at the AeroCare office 7204 W. Friendly Greensboro was so helpful. Tammy set the appt to fit my schedule. Made sure I new exactly what to do and where to go. It was tough starting my day..Tammy made my day better..made me laugh..you know I think Adapt/AeroCare and Me will work..wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks Tammy, a pleasure talking with you today. Maybe not this particular store, but this company is horrible. We were turned over to collections although we do not owe anything. This has been verified multiple times between our insurance provider and Aerocare. 10-15 hours of phone calls and verification with virtually every department in the company. Have involved our attorney now. Still no resolution.

Just attended class for cpap fitting. Respiratory tech was helpful in making sure we understood how to use the machine and answered all our questions. Good experience.

Very happy!!! They got me a better CPAP machine and mask , told me about it's operation . Best customer service ever! I have bought online before but unreliable and no returns.
