We had an AMAZING experience here! William fixed my LV clutch/purse which I wasn’t sure was fixable. The stitching on one side of the bag where a loop sat was on its last leg and William went above and beyond to find leftover LV straps to connect in order to make the bag look more cohesive. He also adjusted the chain of the bag to make it shorter for my height. He was patient, and expedited the process since I was in a rush. Thank you so much A to Z!! Definitely coming back and referring others.

Great place! nice folks! they do a great job always repairing my shoes. they have fixed many of my pocketbooks, too! a great way to extend the life of some of my favorite shoes and purses.

This was my first experience with this establishment an it was excellent! The repair to my leather carry on was beautiful and flawless. The young man behind the counter was courteous and knowledgeable and the repair was prompt. AND they conditioned the leather! Highly recommended

I recently had the heels on a pair of ladies dress boots recapped at A to Z Shoe Repair. I dropped them off on a Friday afternoon and my boots were ready for pick up on Tuesday. The heel caps were repaired perfectly and I was very pleased with the results. I was charged $14, which I thought was very reasonable.I have had various shoe and boot repairs done at this shop in the past and I’ve always been very pleased with how my shoes looked afterwards. I have had heels recapped, heels replaced, soles of dress shoes repaired, etc., and each time, the quality of the work met my expectations. The prices for the work done was always very reasonable, in my opinion.I would definitely recommend A to Z Shoe Repair to anyone needing repairs for their shoes and boots.There are also products such as shoe polishes and cleaners, shoe horns, shoe laces, and other accessories available for purchase. There is a table inside the shop with shoes for purchase at very reasonable prices. Perhaps these are items that were never picked up or have been purchased personally from the shop—I’m not sure, but there are shoes available for anyone interested. While I was waiting for the gentleman to return to the counter with my boots, I saw a pair of ladies black strappy dress heels for only $5!…but they were too large for me, so perhaps this great bargain will become a new addition to someone’s shoe collection.The next time you or your family need shoes repaired, take them to A to Z Shoe Repair. I think you too will be pleased with the results.

Please DO NOT take anything here for repairs. These guys messed up my order multiple times leaving them in worse condition than they were already. Customer service was also the worst and I will never be supporting this business again.

Have been bringing my work boots here for quite a few years and was alwys happy with the results. Picked up my work boots today. They were SUPPOSED to be deglazed and lite polish. Not even close. No deglazing at all. No polish. They look like they brushed off the dust and ran a polishing cloth over them. That is the last time I will bring my boots in. Not worth the price.

Been taking my work boots to this store for quite a few years for deglazing and polish. Picked up my boots today expecting them to look good, WRONG! They were not deglazed at all. Looks like all they did was brush them off and ran a polishing choth over them. Definitely not worth the many spent

Do NOT go here. I have taken a number of belts and shoes to be repaired here until today. I went in excited to talk about some new soles I wanted put on. In the middle of me explaining to him what I wanted he interrupted me and told me I was getting his floor dirty. I apologized and offered to sweep it up but he said that wasn’t possible and he’d have to get down and wipe it up. I seriously thought he was being silly but he was not. I told me to go ahead and finish telling him what I wanted but I just left. Word of mouth can be the best thing for small businesses but in his case, the worse. I couldn’t believe how this guy treats customers even though I’ve read other comments that state similar instances.

If you need your Ugg boots cleaned try them out. They did a fantastic job on my boots. I will mostly definitely take them back for yearly cleanings.

Had sent a backpack in to get the zipper fixed when I received the backpack back the work was poorly done. The kindergartners could’ve sewed better than they did. had I known that’s all they would’ve done I would have sewed itmyself.
