Had to come back THREE times as they only process them partially now with new automated system - and I still dont have remaining 2 items!. The third time, the system told me I had to pick up items from a live attendant - but they only have live attendant from 8 to 5, my working hours. Horrible situation.

I love the automated drop off and pick up process. I'm not restricted to your business hours, and it allows me to do these things when it's convenient for me.

Beautiful job on my Pendleton blanket! My dogs thought it looked comfortable so it was dirty, dusty, hairy and a little smelly - but it is almost good as new now. Will bring the rest of the stack here as I can. Did not expect it to be done overnight but it was, which is great bc we had a cold snap.

I’ve been a customer at this location for a while… I came in after dropping my clothes off and put in my telephone number as required. The machine said it was no items for pickup… did it again , same thing… had I not had an email with the QR code I would have not gotten my garments needed for that night. There was no attendant on site to help… I get the efficiency part of the new technology but let’s make sure it’s fully functional!

I dropped my 1 item off and was promised same day service. I received a text around 2 pm that my item was ready ! It was great that it was completed so quickly.
I arrived after 5, and was excited to use the automated system. Unfortunately, the internet was down and the automated system was not working. I tried several times throughout the evening to retrieve my items, but the message on the screen remained the same. It wasn't working. I was unable to obtain my item until the next business day. The mgr did contact me and the issue was resolved, but if the automated system relies solely on the internet to function, then 24 hour service is not guaranteed.
