Called yesterday morning 9/23 around 7:30 to ask about a belt missing from a blouse. She asked me to send a picture and she would look for it. Called back about 3 hours later as I hadn’t heard back and she said she was very busy and give her until after lunch. Well, no call back. I called back this morning and she was very dismissive, rude and condescending. She belittled my concern and I told her that I was going to put this experience on social media and she said that they have so many customers that it won’t matter. Also, my clothes were wrinkled. They don’t do a good job anyway but you deal with minor things like wrinkles due to pricing (which is no longer competitive) but the attitude is unreal and unprofessional.

I picked up my white cotton shirt from here and noticed it had jagged holes in the back and was stained yellow. I took it by there today to ask what had happened. Keep in mind, this shirt is only 3 months old and in excellent condition. She stated that the stains were sweat stains and the shirt fell apart and the fabric was weak. I couldn't believe she would make up such a fabricated lie! No apology, would not admit their damage, and no offer of compensation. This place is unethical. Do not go here.

I’m honestly shocked at how high the quality is considering the price point. They do such a great job! My clothes always come back stain-free, and with a very light, fresh scent; as well as feeling very soft! I’d high recommend this dry cleaners.

The second time I went (2310 Battleground near Platos Closet) I brought in a white pair of jeans from Talbots and a sport coat of my son in law's.When the man brought out my items I noticed a rip in my white jeans and pulled them out, thinking it was a mix up. As I pulled them off the hanger I saw that there was also a large rip in the crotch of the pants. I looked at the label..Talbots it said and I realized that they were the jeans that I had brought in. I showed them to the man who erupted into anger, saying my pants were "dry-rotted". He asked me when I got them. I told him I was not sure however they were not old. He went into a rage and began to rip my pants apart, using the rips already made. He said he would give me $20 for them. When I pointed out that it would be quite a bit more to replace them, he told me to "get out of the store" and he was not giving me anything. I asked him why he was so angry with me since I was the one without my pants. He told me just to "get out" of the store and was berating me, saying I had said they were new. He had found a label inside saying they were manufactured in Sept of '21. I I told him that I was going to call the police. As I began dialing 911 he said he would give me back my money for the cleaning and $30. He left the area. By this time I realized that this man who appeares to be the owner was never going to "own up" to being responsible for my pants being ruined and allowing myself to be subjected to his unreasonable angry tirade was not worth any amount of money and , even, scary. I left with a $30 check, called Talbots and spoke with Chris, the manager. He found out the jeans were bought in April of 22 ..one year and half ago. I had worn them for 2 seasons-not often as I am retired and prefer light weight slacks and shorts in the summer. Chris said that he was flabbergasted that a dry cleaner (owner)would act like that and wanted to know exactly where it was. He stated that he had never heard of anything like that. He said he knew people who wore the clothes purchased from Talbots for years. Chris pulled the receipt for me which I will pick up soon and post. The cost of a new pair would be $99.50 plus tax. If you are willing to risk your clothes being destroyed(as well as being subjected to this owner's anger issues) and no one taking any responsibility, rather accusing you of bringing in "dry rotted" clothes that is your prerogative . However, please just be forewarned .

Received a shirt with sleeve unraveled Went to put it on and it looked like spaghetti where it obviously got caught in some machine. .Whoever put that shirt in the plastic cover knew it's condition.Owner /employees refused to accept responsibility accusing me of unraveling the sleeve !? Owner wasn't in but promised a call that never came.Employee failed to give receipt during return of damaged shirt but denied she " never" does that? Would we were all so perfect.Price was right til now. Taking business elsewhere sadly

I stopped by here on a Monday afternoon around 12:35pm to drop off several pieces of items to have a dry clean. I called first to double check the pricing and was told that everything was pretty much $2.99, which was amazing. I had a bad experience at a previous cleaners. I had less than 10 items and my total was over $60. This time, I know I had at least 20 items and it only cost me $55. You do have to pre-pay, which I had no problem with. I was told it will be ready in the next day before 5 PM.
I returned the next day on Tuesday around 3:50 PM to pick up the items. There wasn’t a huge line. While in the store, everything looked good except one of my ties, which was blue. It had yellow stains on it. I brought it up to the employee and the cleaner admitted to making the mistake. They did settle with me by looking up the tie online. I got $25, which I’ll use to get a replacement one. This process was simple and easy. I did notice that my crème colored overcoat had red lint on it, presumably from my red peacoat that I also got cleaned.
When I got home, I inspected the items and found that my north face jacket was still dirty. That jacket and several other of my blazers/coats either still had stains or were very linty! A good portion of the items had wrinkles in them as well. My white blazer and crème north face were two items that were not very clean. My ties did get clean tho! I wish I had taken a before picture as they were really dirty. Overall, it was an okay experience. They’re so busy and have so many customers, I expected more, honestly. Yes, the items are cleaner than I brought in, but I just don’t feel this is the standard for dry cleaning. Maybe I’d return. I’m not sure. I’m really looking for a good dry cleaner that isn’t going to charge an arm and a leg.
