“The owner is absolutely the sweetest! She is kind and fun to chat with. Her fresh food offerings like Laab Chicken and Chicken Egg Rolls are delcious! Looking forward to trying more things.”

2750 S Church St, Burlington“Always a positive experience. The clerk noticed one of the oranges in a pack was spoiled and asked another clerk to retrieve another for replacement. Customer service is top notch ?”
“I've been going here for years even as a child 20 years ago, when they used to have those orange ice cream push-ups, and I loved it then and I love it now. They've really grown a lot over the last few years. I won't buy my meat anywhere else and typically only buy my fruit and vegetables from there too, quality is just so much better and usually the price is better. If you haven't tried this meat market I highly suggest you tried today! They also have a restaurant which is delicious!”
“This Food Lion location is clean and inviting. The employees are very nice and helpful. Most items are in stock and rarely find anything unavailable. Definitely recommend.”
“By FAR the best area grocery store. The staff is so friendly and personable. Best part by far..NO SELF CHECKOUT. THE cashiers actually cashier at this location ?”
11:30AM - 7PM
928 E Webb Ave, Burlington“Went there to try out their tacos. Very tasty, different, but I'm told authentic.I'll be going back to try out some other items too, and their meat department.”
“Spacious, friendly, and unique. Lucksters is an amazing collection of farm fresh vegetables and bespoke local culinary delights. Where yoohoo lives next to kumbucha. Try your luck with the lottery, or catch up on Walker Texas Ranger.”
“Always love a good Bakery Outlet. The lady was friendly and very pleasant. Great prices and great selection. Store clean and shelves are stocked. Definitely recommend”
“Ordered a meat and cheese tray for Memorial Day. the meat and cheese on the tray was very fresh and of course Boars Head is always great. The presentation of the tray was not good at all.
looked like there was too much shredded lettuce and the sliced tomatoes were not the freshest.
For $99.00, I expected a much more presentable tray. Picked tray up at Harris Teeter, Burlington, NC, at 10:00 AM 5/27/2024.”
“To try to beat inflation, I purchased a freezer and when making plans to fill it up (checking ads for several grocery stores and big box stores) a friend told me about Carlie C's. Skeptical, to put it mildly as I entered, grabbed a cart, and headed to the meat department. OMGoodness! I was in disbelief as I compared prices to all the ads and a big chain grocery store's website. Not only were prices not to be beat, the quality was much more appealing. What a hidden gem in Carlie C's.”
7AM - 10PM
414 Harden St, Burlington“Very clean and always got plenty of stock. The customer service is first rate and the fresh produce and deli sections are where I spend most of my time and money!”
“Food Lion is usually my first choice for groceries. I’ve found their prices (with the weekly sales) to be the most affordable. Most of the local Food Lions have the option to use self checkout registers. The FL on Harden St. Burlington is the only one that I'm aware of that does NOT have them. The store in Graham has self checkouts, but limits use to purchases of 15 items or less. (I wish that they would change this policy)”
“Typical food lion with one big exception, no self checkout!!! Totally worth a trip there just to feel like a customer again. Made my simple trip for basic milk ,turn into a few more items just because I felt like I was actually a shopper not an employee.”
“Awesome bakery. Staff was extremely friendly and bread was affordable and delicious. They also had a small store front and had handy items available. Chips, dried peppers, hard cane brown sugar.”
“Usually stocked well. The produce is pretty decent. Usually busy around 5 pm on weekdays. Weekends are usually always busy all day from what I've seen. Cashiers are usually decently fast. Self-checkout workers are really friendly. Go to Food Lion if I have to go. Only con is the strange smell outside the doors when entering. Been that way for years.”
8:30AM - 8PM
1801 S Church St, Burlington“Love them but lately many items are not in stock, have to go on certain days. Their food brands are great. Prices are a little higher than years ago but still cheaper than popular grocery stores.
Employees are great!”
“I was in the area. It's the only place that has a NCSECU CashPoints. Also, visited the tobacco/vape shop for my wife's cigs. Middle-eastern owner/operator. Says his name is Jimmy. Nice guy. Came her the legal way and finally got his family here by the right process. Talk to him if you get a chance. He's got stories and obviously loves America more than some natural-born Americans.”
6AM - 11PM
1282 S Fifth St, Mebane“Excellent clean store! High quality meats and delicious bakery items. It always smells so good when you walk in that store! Employees are extremely friendly. Absolutely love it.”
7AM - 10PM
414 Harden St, Burlington“This is my "my" Food Lion" but it's close to my dog groomer.
Great store, laid out just slightly different than my local store, but not enough to be a problem. I stop in, get anything I absolutely need, and get back to pick my pup up when she's ready.
Like all Food Lion stores, they have a nice, friendly, and helpful staff!”
“This store has gone thru some major improvements. The inside as well as the outside has been updated. Prices are good and the people that work here is friendly. I definitely recommend this place.”
“Extremely kind staff,in and out speedy service yet always ask how your doing/your day is..and certainly not overpriced for a gas station.. Not to mention the grill is fast and food is great!”
“We have always loved going to Harris Teeter. They have the best fresh produce of any grocery store, 2nd only to the Farmer's Market. Their Pharmacy is great too, they really take the time to get to know you and any allergies you may have and go out of their way to help you when you need it. I would definitely recommend people give them a chance.”
“I love this bakery. I come on weekends in the morning to buy bread, tortillas, and when they are good, ojarascas. Everyone is very friendly and helps you if you need help.”
6AM - 11PM
921 S Main St, Graham“Bought wrong flavor of juice. Exchange was easy-peasy. Just explained the problem to the customer service clerk, got what I needed and that was it. This was at the Haw River store. They are much friendlier than any other store I've been to.”
6AM - 12AM
400 E Elm St, Graham“Great Food, Great Staff... The store is always clean. The ladies that cook are so sweet and accommodating! Really is a good place to grab dinner, gas or whatever you need on the way home!”
“The Pupusas are mind blowing. I went because I love Mexican food but usually it's a hit or miss with food trucks but the food truck that's there has the best food. DONT sleep on this food truck. You will NOT be disappointed. I had pupusa that are cheese. Can't wait to come back and try more. BE SURE TO BRING CASH ONLY. No debit. Be sure to patronize the grocery store . Support minority owned businesses. They rock!!”
“I was looking for corn husks to finish making Tamales and this store had them. They had them for a good price for the package size and quality. I was very surprised at all of the different varieties of groceries, produce and pastries they had. Everything was priced cheaper than I expected. I was just visiting my Son who lives near by so I am going back and shop again before I leave town.”
“This is a legit secret spot for tacos. Everything seems to be made from scratch- including the tortillas- and the pork taco is absolutely top notch. You won't find tacos this good in a restaurant, most especially at this price”
“Love the staff here. Like the way I can find what I'm looking for... Mostly anyways... They always seem to be OUT of the 5 pack regular Reece's... But I won't hold that against them. Lol”
