I paid for a car twice because it would not work, I figured I done something wrong, I paid with my card spent $16 and I need to know how to get my money back. There should be a phone number where people can call to get their money back if the car wash does not work to me the same as though it is a type of scam if something is broken, they take your money no number and they just leave you without your money after you spent it . If anyone knows how to reach someone from Granite Quarry, North Carolina the car wash right across from Circle K. Please let me Thank you.

4/5/24 Paid cash for $7 carwash. Told me to Enter and Exit. That was it. No wash. Quite disappointing!

1)There is no name to this company listed anywhere outside. 2)There is no number to reach listed anywhere for this car wash if it takes your money in the Touchless Automatic (as it did mine) (Then when calling the number listed here on Google, of course no answer) & 3)I paid by card, for the $6 Super wash. It proceeded to tell me to enter the car wash, then to Exit & did nothing to clean my car in between .
I would not even give 1 star, if I had that option.
RIDICULOUS.

I've gone to this car wash numerous times and it's affordable and does a good job. This last time it took my money, no wash and wouldn't let me cancel. No one answered when I called and texted the number online.

A big waste of money I put 12 minutes of money in machine and sprayed the outside with wash soap and then went to use the foam brush and no foam comes out even tried the foam tire brush no soap there either so I spent my money just to spray off my car and did nothing for the dirt so i went home with a dirty car .. disappointed.....Service: Auto detailing

Foam brushes don't work. The only thing that works are the rinses.

The touchless wash sucks! I paid $8 for the “Works” wash with triple foam wax however the wax never came out. Honestly, I don’t think soap even came out throughout the process. I believe it was just water. The picture shows the towels I used to dry my car off (they were brand new when I started). I looked everywhere for a phone number to call to let someone know about the wash but no phone number is listed anywhere at this place…now I understand why!Don’t waste your money here, drive the extra few miles down the road to Rockwell. My car is still dirty and I now have to go to Rockwell and pay MORE for a clean car. ?

To be honest this location was very simple and clean. The units seem to work extremely well and they were plenty of preselected Diles to help you really tune what you need to clean your view. The hose was in good condition and was easily able to go in circles around the vehicle. The foam brush also worked surprisingly well. High pressure selector was adequately able to clean off the vehicle completely of all the soap residue. One of the cool things of this location what is the tire cleaning function it seem to dish fluid in a better job of penetrating through that brake grease and grime. There is a change machine available to change into quarters I did not use this as I’ve got quite a bit of quarters stashed inside of my car. I believe I spent a little under $10 and this was including using the vacuum which is also coin operated. Super glad that this is so close to the house and it was something fun to do with my son I’m sure will be back here in the future to kill time on a Saturday or Sunday I’d be able to do something outside. Simple locations like this allow you to bring value to building positive relationships with people doing a productive thing. It’s super simple to go to an automatic car wash and potentially receive a far superior job than what I was able to do on my own via however the experience you build by doing this with a child a friend or a loved one is something that is worth more than the car wash itself.
