I have a rural mail box, and I am disabled..my carrier is always helpful, friendly, and carries bulky packages to my door. When I've had reason to call the p.o., the person I talk to is always helpful and friendly.....great folks!!!

I had a package that somehow was being delivered to my old address and it was supposed to have been forwarded to my new address it even says on the tracking thing that it was Forwarded but nothing after that... It's been over A week and it was a very expensive ring.... I'm so upset

The office clerks and the mail carriers from this office constantly go above and beyond the call of duty in my little town post office. We have always enjoyed the efficient couteous, kind people who work at the Granite Falls Post Office.
