Would give zero if I could. Bought a truck there has several problems took it back twice to be fixed never fixed it. There mechanic put the starter bolt on wrong ruined to fly wheel 1200 bucks later fixed right. Told him the cost he said there's no way to put the starter on wrong. Beg to differ ask the mechanic at Carolina Auto he will tell you different. Just do yourself a favor buy elsewhere.

Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Wrecked my car and when they fixed it my receipts had parts they had bought with my insurance for 4×4 suv, my car was a Ford Taurus. My payment was due on 10th but if I didn't pay it by 4th Cliff would be in my driveway wanting money before payment was even due. He came several times on Sunday after church. He's a real j**** I will never buy a car from them again. Starter went out twice right after I got car, they went out about 3 months apart.two starter.

First off I have absolutely no reason to leave this review other than I'm back in the market for a vehicle and Googled these guys because it's where I purchased one of my best vehicles. In 2015 or 16 they happened to have the exact vehicle I wanted. I was coming back from out of town and happened to glance over. It was an 08 jeep commander overland. It was kinda high mileage. 126k but looked brand new. I was sketched out by a small car lot as we all are. Long story short I sold it to another used car lot this year 2022 with over 215k miles still looking and running new. I actually wish I hadn't sold it. I have a new truck and would rather have my jeep back. I hope this place works out as good for you as it did for me. Also the guys were nice and gave me more than fair price for my trade. For what its worth.

Towed their vehicle that their customer abandoned and they refused to pay any amount for our service. The guy cussed my husband until he said it was better to give it to him than have a heart attack or stroke. Cussed him again when he came to pick it up for free. Some people don't have no raising!
