“Called in need of urgent roadside assistance for a flat tire I just stumbled upon. Owner answered the phone first time I called, took down my address of location I was at, and confirmed he would arrive to me shortly in twenty mins. He most certainly did arrive exact timing as he said he would !! After arriving he got started on the job that took roughly five mins to change and he even gave me a fair/reasonable price. I’m pleased and very grateful for the help, definitely a life saver literally. I would highly recommend he was the ONLY company in lenoir that was not only available but as well ONLY that actually offered flat tire assistance!!!”

“They were the only ones that would come out early in the morning faster to help get my mom’s car unlocked. They arrived within 30 minutes when the other towing services I called wouldn’t have been here until hours. The only issue I had with them was the pricing. I mean I get it, they need to make profit somehow but $85 just to manually unlock a car door is a bit steep on cost but I’m just grateful they could make it as quick as they could considering my mom’s car was running too.”
