I love my visits to Smith & Co! Courtney Sellers always makes me feel like a princess. She pampers me and makes me her #1 priority when I’m in her chair. Not only that, she has unmatchable skills! My hair has never been so healthy and luxurious as it has since I have been receiving her services. She is literally a color artist and does a magnificent work on my color—and she knows exactly how to cut and style my massive head of course, thick, curly hair! She also provides me with the top products that compliment & nourish my hair. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Courtney. I really don’t want to share her with others so find someone else at Smith & Co. The entire team is phenomenal! They have several amazing hair stylists, massage therapist & a nail technician! It is a 1 stop glamour party!

I went to get my hair done a month ago. I made a follow up appointment a month prior to it. Put into my schedule since getting hair bleach and color is a very long process of time. I got child care ahead of time since I had scheduled a month prior to the next appointment. The person who was going to do me canceled 3 days before my appointment didn’t do anything try and resolve the problem as to get me someone else at the salon to do it or to get someone to schedule me for something soon. I txted the person that was gonna do me she never got back to me. I called the salon to get scheduled with someone else and they said they check in with the other ladies there to see who could schedule me to do my hair. And they said they’d call me back that Day but never reserved a call back. It’s been 4 days since I called very disappointed in there way of trying to solve a problem they don’t do anything to resolve a problem of a last minute cancellation that I had made a month before!

Absolutely phenomenal, the staff there are amazing. I received a massage and it was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the muscle groups and how to manipulate the muscles to make a very therapeutic and relaxing experience. Awesome place!!!

Courtney Sellers did my hair for about 2 years. The last time I went to her she had booked someone else as well. She left me processing for about 1.5 hours while doing the other person's hair. My bangs had about 4 inches break off as well as other blonde hair all over my head. I had told her that I didn't know what she did the last time but somehow she had did the wrong base color. mine is ALWAYS brown and now it was a reddish color and that I wanted her to get it brown agai
