For years, I have taken my son, Mason, to Great Clips for haircuts. Last time I took him there, his hair looked horrible. The next day after school, I took him to Salon on Park Square praying someone was available. Emelyn was between customers and worked him in. At one point, she had to ask one of the more experienced hairdressers how to cut around the cowlick at his crown. She didn't hesitate to come over and help. Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new hairdresser!!

My wife goes there to get her hair done and I got my haircut this past Saturday. Everybody was really nice and they did a good job on my hair.

Meh. They never returned my calls when I tried to make an appointment. This happened on 3 separate occasions. Not sure what the problem is but they clear don’t want business. They need a better scheduling service or just say they are too busy.

Was left alone while my hair was processing up stairs she complained about be life never positive can not cut hair the whole visit was awful never going back and charged me 200 dollars for it went home and cried.Services: Haircut

Be warned. The stylists are "independent contractors ". Anyone can "say" they take their reputation seriously but when they deflect instead of correct their mistake at my expense I will speak up and vote with my dollars. The stylist I went to several times asked to "correct" my hair but it was just darker of the same that I told her not to use after keeping me in her chair 4 hours the first time, 3 the next. Afterwards she said she was sorry that we had a different understanding of the color while admitting she heard me say to not use that color before starting. She proceeded to gossip maliciously about me to others and I decided to not return to her. I waited over six months before deciding to post this review. There was a lot more that I can say but you get the idea.
