THE STORE IN GRANITE FALLS NC SUCK'S. , SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE THERE JUST TO GET A PAYCHECK NOT TO HELP PEOPLE 3 OUT OF 3 TIME'S WRONG PARTS AND THE MANGER COULD NOT GET IT WRIGHT ( TIME IS MONEY TO A SMALL BUSINESS I AM CALLING NO NAMES I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE STORE BEFORE AND IT'S THE CLOSEST ONE TO ME )

Ariana had great customer service, was friendly and price matched an OEM Hondas oil filter so I didn't have to drive all the way to the dealer for 10.31. O'Reilly should bring that down from 13.99!!! Ridiculous!!

Mostly a great experience. Fun staff who can help if needed. Just a great auto parts store. I don't have any problems with any of the auto parts stores in the Granite Area, though to be fair.

They are very rude they just walk off like nothing I called up there and talked to one of the people that worked there I lost the receipt he said no problem bring it up here and exchange it no problem got up there and they would not do it liars is what they are
