He made sure I got exactly what I wanted with the new phone, and got the best deal. He made the best out of a not so great situation! “We have used cricket for over 13 years and we love them. They have great service and really reasonable prices. Everytime we go to this Cricket store, they always treat us with the upmost respect. They always give us a discount on cases and phones and that really helps out when you're buying 4 phones at a time. That's the only down side with them is that you have to buy your phone outright before you can start a plan rather than financing it through your carrier. But luckily my family aren't really rough on their phones, so they last them about 2 years. I go through a phone a year because of my work. Great phone carrier for the price and service.”
