Horrible customer service at this location. You can't get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. When you show up in person to ask for assistance they nickle and dime you with your own money. Switching to SECU because of how my situation was handled. I absolutely do not recommend First Citizens.

Bad banking experience ever. Charged me 8.00 to cash a check that was from their bank. It was only a 22.65 check. They could have waived the fee.
