I purchased a table and chairs from Coffey Furniture in November of 2021. During thanksgiving dinner, we noticed the top of the table was wobbling and after inspecting the table, I noticed that the base of the table was cracked right in half. The Monday after thanksgiving I began calling our sales rep, Jan Nash, who assured me she would look into it and take care of this for me. I was not hearing back so I would call on her cell - I called multiple times in the following months, only to be told " I will get back to you" When I finally called the actual store in March, I spoke to the owner who was arguing with me over the fact that they did not have record of my multiple calls because they keep record of everything. I explained that I was calling Jan on her cell phone. The owner then assured me that she would get me a new base for my table but it wouldn't be delivered until May 2022 - I told her fine, not problem.The table base never came and no further follow up was made. When I called back in June I left a message and their return message was that they would look for a table base for me.It is now April 2023 and I have not received any follow up.There is zero customer service and they treated me like I did something wrong and that I was being an annoyance. Customer service was good up until the time there was a problem and they just WILL NOT deal with you.I am attaching a picture of my table You can see the crack. If I were ever to move this table it would break in half.

I bought 2 Leather glider recliners on 8/6/22. We took them with us instead of having delivered. We opened one and it seemed fine, the 2nd one had scratches and a chunk of wood missing on the base, cosmetic. Called them and they gladly offered us $100 to keep it, I paid $759 for each chair. A week later I noticed the stiches popping on the arm of other chair. Called them back about getting a replacement chair and they refused to do anything further than the $100 for the defective base chair. They hung up on me after stating "you can't talk to her". Called back and told them if they didn't talk to me I would come to the store. They proceeded to say I was harassing them and that they would call the cops. I have purchased furniture from them before and never had a issue. I cannot believe how I was treated by the owner. Told her I would report her to BBB and write a bad review, she said go ahead, 3 bad reviews out of 1000 won't hurt us! My last statement before being hung up on again was that I would dispute the payment with my credit card company which I have done already. Beware of this company if you have a problem with furniture purchased from them that is defective. Photos of chair arms showing popping stitches.

First of all 1 star is too high for this business , my wife and I will never do business there again, we bought two recliners one had damage when we brought it home so they gave us a small refund, then the stitches started coming loose from the other one couple days later, my wife called them and ask if she could get it a replacement because there was a defect in the stitching, that's when the lady got nasty she hung up on my wife, my wife tried to call back no one picked up the phone, finally got a hold of her and she was nasty again. coffee Furniture does not deserve anyones business, these people are nasty and unprofessional, I highly suggest you go somewhere else to buy your furniture.

Furniture was nice, but of course they did not make the furniture. They lie about everything they say, from what they have in stock, to when you will get your product. Customer service is the worst I’ve seen in 30 years. They are nice until you write them a check and they have to do their part. Buyer beware!
