I called CCON Metals looking to upgrade our forklift. I had a price including delivery (FL) and trade within 3 mintues. Within a week I had what looks like a brand new lift sitting at my shop. Battery we received was subpar at best. The tray was corroded and full of acid & Growth. Cells were shorted to the case. Offered a partial refund but we never received it. Overall very disappointing experience.There are so many better alternatives out there for reconditioned batteries than Ccon.
