They took the time to ensure the bugs were all scrubbed off the front, the windshield, the wheels and all was clean spotless.”

“This is my goto car wash, mostly because of location close to home. I like how they have everything you need to clean the outside such as cleaner, rags, vacuums and air hose. The car wash does a good job. My car always comes out clean but when I ran my wife's white crossover, it needed a second run through car wash but she rarely washes hers and it is about 2-3 months between washes before I intervene.”

“Whenever I have used their laundry machines, they have been clean and the owner always comes around and asks if I have everything I need. He is very kind and helpful! I only use their machines to wash my large comforters but that's a couple times a year and I always have a good experience.”
“Self service detailer/ car wash. But they have a really good deal of when you purchase the ultimate wash you get a free vacuum coin and believe me it lasts long enough to get the whole car vacuumed. They have had some issues where the machine doesnt give this coin but when I contacted them they explained it had a lot to do with the coin shortage going on. They are very nice people and had offered to get me a replacement coin.Services: Vacuuming”

“By far in the area this is the best car wash. I've used every single one around town and between the blowers and the wheel cleaner brush, that's something nobody else has and I enjoy using that wheel cleaner brush to get my wheels just right and sparkly! All settings work at least in the second bay from the road. Vacuum works, credit card swiper works. The blower is amazing for people with rain guards and a blast out the door handles. Get them free of that water drip. Just one thing would be nice once a day maybe to make sure that your bays are clean cuz there was some pretty good debris in my Bay. That's my only complaint. Still giving it five stars.”
“Great do it yourself facility. I will not go to any other area carwash at night anymore since they have lights out or off and the feeling of having to look over your back while cleaning your car. Not here! Very well lit at night and very clean and well kept. I stopped here coming home from camping .
Vacuums worked great. I didn't kick that nasty smell back out at you. My only complaint is that the triple foam gun wouldn't work in the bay I was in but wasn't an issue for me.
It's definitely worth passing 2 others to come over here.”
“I pulled into the entrance and thankfully there was this employee there named Tobey to take care of me. He gave me some useful information about the monthly packages and how much you can save per wash by paying monthly! He also has amazing product knowledge and answered all of my questions about the best package to keep my car looking clean and new. Tobey is very genuine and is always working hard every time I come in to get a car wash. The world needs more of Tobey and I definitely will be coming back to Zips because of him. Thank you Tobey”

“At 38 weeks pregnant, I wanted a clean car one last time. And it's obviously hard for me to clean it myself, it was also a birthday gift. I was told glowing reviews about this place and what a wonderful job they did. So I drove up from Morganton and I purchased the Super Polyprocess package. I am kind of disappointed in the end result. For almost $40, I feel like I only received half of the package. The exterior looks fine, it looks cleaner, but not fresh out of the car wash clean. Which I don't mind, I mainly care about the inside being clean. They did a good job vacuuming the car, I understand its hard to get all the dirt and grass up. Only the top half of the dash was wiped, the doors and console still had dust and dirt on them. I had to go back inside to ask about the interior windows, thankfully a wonderful young gentleman did clean the windows. I wish I would have gotten his name, he was wonderful and kind, which is why I'm giving four stars. But otherwise, it seems like the work of the $25 package. The first two gentlemen did not clean them. But I'm having to clean most of the interior myself, which is kind of counter productive, leaving me disappointed. Looking back at the list, I was apparently suppose to receive a fragrance? Not sure what that means.”

“Read his reviews on Google and liked what I saw. Went there and had Stephan take a look. 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Just made my last payment on it and wanted to treat it to a beautiful detail. We picked it up tonight and I was absolutely thrilled. Looked better than new!”
