It's hidden, has a very limited selection, and you can only pay for your prescription there, so if you're buying anything else, you get to stand in line twice. When they close for lunch, no matter how many people are waiting, they DO NOT reopen early, not ONE MINUTE early. So plan your trip accordingly. Also, I have stood at the pickup counter and waited for the young lady to finish her non-work related conversation with another worker until the pharmacist looked up and acknowledged I was there. Even after, the young lady finished her conversation before coming over. While the pharmacist showed good customer service, the cashier did not. When I asked why the prescription cost was so high with insurance, and could she check GoodRX or something, she did it, but CVS would have already applied a discount of some sort without being asked. All in all, I do not like the Food Lion Pharmacy, but it's the closest around, and CVS messes up my account all the time. Out of shear convenience, I use Food Lion Pharmacy, but if there's one closer, like Walgreens or Walmart, go there instead.

The prices were good on the items that were in stock but their selection was mine as they probably were waiting on a shipment to restock.

I actually use to like this store because you could tell even though there weren't many employees as everyone is short staffed right now, the employees that they did have really tried to do it all, all by themselves...it was inspiring! Unfortunately tonight I witnessed what I can only assume was a new manager in the evening? It was very late at night and she was wearing a white shirt, never seen her before, and while all the other employees were busting their butts trying to get things done this woman was doing practically nothing. at. all. I can't imagine how she keeps her job there. I seen other employees literally sweating, and this lady was practically a wet floor sign. Do better.

Shopping was quick and easy as always. And I was super happy to see employee Ashley at her register after I hadn't seen her in awhile. She is so sweet and caring and always super quick and bags groceries perfectly like they should be. Always a pleasant check out trip with her!!

During an attempt to pick a prescription for my wife I was assisted by Melody. My insurance was being difficult and the cost was very high. Melody without hesitation began to search for comparable prescriptions and possible discounts. The line began to grow and she never showed any signs of frustration or pressure. She continued her research for me, all while assisting other customers in line as well. She showed remarkable discipline and professionalism and put forth more effort than was ever expected. She is a true asset to the pharmacy and deserves recognition. Thank you for all you do!

How are you going to call me and ask me if I want my prescription transferred and then TELL me you’re transferring it, just to have me show up to the pharmacy you claimed to have transferred my prescription to and they have absolutely no record of me or my prescription. Seems like someone didn’t want to do any part of their job. What a disappointment.
