I really enjoy living here at Watercourse Apt. The office staff is really nice Lindsay is professional she always answer the phone and return emails. The maintenance men is really amazing and down to earth. If I put in a service request the come the day the request was made this is a nice community to stay in.

Lindsey is AMAZING!! And Chad and Jeff are the best maintenance crew I have ever had in an apartment! They are all so responsive and friendly. They make sure any concerns are addressed asap. I am personally not a huge fan of apartment living but I’m happy to be at Watercourse until we get our house!!
