I was always impressed with the turn around with refilling prescription but it has really went way down hill, wait times are absolutely ridiculous, meaning 6 hours to have a prescription filled??????

I had an amazing experience, may have just been a phone conversation. But I had called to check on my photos and I got Mandy she was so polite , you could even tell it in her voice . I even commented bout it. I haven't had tht kind of experience in awhile , when she answered the phone she gave her name place of business and just soo polite.. I just wanted someone to give her praise!! Thanks again Mandy!!

I went this morning and I was helped so much by the cashier Lynn . She was so good with my toddler and was playing around with her and helping me at the same time . As a mom I couldn’t be more thankful

I frequently order online for home delivery and I have found the Graham, NC Walmart pickup service top notch. My orders are always filled neatly and completely. The employee that brings to my car is always courteous and gracious. When I do shop "in-store" I have found it very neat, well stocked, shelves clean and organized, and employees gracious and helpful when assistance is needed.

Been going here for years, never any issues. Line at Pharm may be long sometimes but that's normal for Pharmacies. Nice staff, good store.

Walgreens needs to help the managers do their job better. No one was equipped to help get the rewards I earned on the purchases I made tonight. I’m sure I could’ve gotten these items for less somewhere else. There should not be displays promising rewards and then you not get them at the register and be told to call a company with no number called Catalina. Bad customer service from the female manager I encountered tonight.

Terrible customer service from the pharmacy. They did not want to help me find the over counter medication that my doctor told me to get. I had the list and wanted to make sure that I was getting the right kind, she said ask your dr but I had the list, just needed verification!

We got a notification from Walgreens saying the prescription for my child's RSV steroids was ready. They didn't even have it after we were told it was ready AND THAT IT WOULDNT BE READY UNTIL TOMORROW.I asked them if they could send it to be filled to another Walgreens. Their response? "You have to call and do that."No one even said sorry.

I came at 5:30 pm after leaving the urgent care that was 45 min away to pick up my small child's medication. The prescription had been sent in by e-script by the physician I work with at the urgent care where my child had been seen, and I'd been shown the confirmation that the pharmacy did have the prescription. I showed up and asked for it, and Savannah at the pharmacy rudely snipped at me that they didn't have anything in the system. I asked that she check again since I had seen and heard of this issue at the pharmacy not refreshing their system and because I saw one -scrips myself that the prescription was sent to and received by the pharmacy. She checked and was very obviously annoyed and told me, “Well, it will take 2 hours to get these ready.” Two hours for a pre-filled bottle of liquid antibiotics and eye drops? Okay fine. I was supposed to receive a text but since it had been over two hours and I hadn't heard anything I came back- this time through the drive-thru at 7:45 pm. Now Savannah was at the window. I pulled up and asked for my child's medication. Again mind- that you 2 hours to print the labels for pre-filled bottles. They are not ready. She walks away from the window to speak to another woman working while they look over at me and giggle and print labels. She then came back to the window to ask me to pull to the back of the line so they could mix the antibiotics and call about the eye drops for clarification on the instructions. So please tell me what the two hours were for? Clearly nothing. Just trying to make it more difficult for the patients. This isn't uncommon to hear about or to happen at any pharmacy and thankfully I only needed the antibiotics last night so I told her she could go ahead and mix it but I was not pulling to the back of the line to wait for that. Savannah clearly had not done her job in the first place and had actually been deliberately trying to delay the process for my child's medication. For what purpose I'm unsure. As someone who works in healthcare and is in school for law, thankfully I'm more than aware of my rights as a patient and also know the system, and when someone is trying to take advantage of maybe someone who wouldn't know.Better communication and some training for employees could be useful here. And if you're going to giggle and laugh try not to make it so blatantly obvious when the person is sitting directly at your window and seeing it all happen.
