The mail delivery is very bad. I live at the Elevate 54 apartments and they constantly put mail in the wrong mailboxes. I lost a W2 form (which I know was not delivered to me because I get informed delivery emails). I received cards from my mother with money in it and they were also delivered to the wrong mailbox and the person who received them was kind enough to bring them to me. I also didn't receive a Christmas card until a week after Christmas even though the sender mailed it out in Mid-December. I don't know what they are doing over there or who they are hiring to deliver mail but I have never experienced anything like this type of negligence in my life. I have lived in 5 different states in multiple cities and I had no idea post offices had the ability to mess up so badly and just get away with it. I guess that's what you get for living in a small town in the south smh. TLDR- they need help.

Poor & irregular delivery. When I try to contact them by e-mail it always comes back that their mailbox is full and they can't accept it. The delivery person (when she shows up) is always on her cell phone.

The people who work here have always been super helpful. I have lived here since 2009. We moved in 2018 and had the same mail driver and she has always caught any mail that didn't get changed out and delivers it to us.

If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible service. As many times as I've had things misdelivered and had to go to a neighbors house to pick up my mail or give them mail and I physically go to the post office to get my package and can't pick it up.

Just spoke to Scott the supervisor who brushed off the fact that my mail is missing and I have been receiving mail of someone who lives blocks over! How horrible that he tried to justify this by telling me that they’re busy! It is completely unacceptable that I am NOT RECEIVING MY MAIL AND THAT IM RECEIVING SOMEONE ELSES!

Mail is soggy wet. Watched mail person carry in hand instead of mailbag. Drying it out thankful check came yesterday.

I rarely go to the post office, but when I do I choose to go to the Graham location. They have always been very friendly and helpful.
