It was so worth the 30 minute ride from GSO to Graham to meet these folks. Very professional, friendly & knowledgeable of their trade. I dropped off two chainsaws to be repaired (one new and one old) & he was calling within 2 hours to tell me they were ready for pickup. I can't recommend these guys enough. There's no signage out front so finding the garage was a little tricky, but Google Maps got me there.

Great for spare parts for my Troy-bilt riding mower. Friendly and quick but doesn’t pick up the phone. Prices comparable to tractor supply online but I can get the parts today.

I happen to work on my own stuff...but I would recommend these guys as the TOP of our game! He has hard to find parts and felt like talking to family from the first time I walked into the shop! My problem is that they can talk as good as me..and its VERY HARD to tear away from there when I go...but Russell is as good as they come! And if you ever meet his dad...Raleigh...he's one of a KIND! THOROUGHLY enjoy talking to him..he's a gem in my book!

Love coming here for parts. If your not sure what you got or what you need. This guy can pretty much can tell you what it is off the top of his head. Just some good old boys that know what they are doing. Nice to go into a shop and they know what your talking about without needing the computer to tell them everything. I can only speak about my experience on purchasing supplies and parts. I have always done my own repair work. So I can't speak about having any equipment repaired. I will say they are always busy.. So must be doing something right.
