This place is clean and not too crowded. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of washing machines and dryers. This is the only place I go when I'm in town to do my laundry

Typically I expect any type of laundry facility to do the job that they're supposed to do. Very simply take the money for the load provide a load of washed items. Two of the machines took .25 more than needed $6. I searched for the going lady who was on staff and she was unavailable.I resigned myself to accepting that a machine took my money and the staff was gone. The young lady, whom I discovered was Jessica provided me a smile and what resulted in a "sucks to be you" reply to my loss.I removed all load after that cycle as there was no way I was entrusting their machines any further.All the young lady needed to do was check cameras or acycle/ revenue report to see they had bonus money from me.The establishment lost a a simple $40 per week revenue stream with bad service and $0.50. Smooth move.At least the washers worked.** Edit in response.If you were there when I was there, you'd know that I told her about the issue and she did not offer any recompense. Her words were " I wish you had found me sooner. I could have helped you." I replied that I was diligent and looked for assistance there was only none available until my load was near completion. When I saw her at that time, I told her about the loss.I propose that you are 1) Remembering the interaction with someone else or are 2) Creating a falsehood to support your employee and your reputation.Your machines (2 of them) took more money than they should have. You could refer to your day's audit on those two machines and see you had a surplus take. Your employee could have done an immediate audit. Nonetheless, she did not and did not offer anything else. Your commentary is preposterous as my original mission was to be made whole when I interacted with her. She did not, thus I revealed to others that these machines are not accurately counting received quarters. If you had taken action to make things right, I would not have written such a lengthy review.I would hope being more honest will become a hallmark for your team. I do appreciate that it's likely a thankless job at the property. But, that doesn't negate the need to be honest.

No next-day delivery, shouldn't have to wait 3 days for laundry. Need to pick up Monday morning and deliver Tuesday evening. Delivery driver doesn't pay attention, either forgets a bag or drops off wrong person's laundry.

Best laundry Matt ever? always clean very organized and the ladies that work in there are so very very nice never had any issues with any of the dryers. I would highly recommend this to anyone

You have to pay to dry now, before if you washed there drying was free. If that's a problem you better look elsewhere. I like this place because it's always clean. You can leave stuff if you have to run an errand and it will still be there upon returning. Cold drinks & snacks are available. I do suggest you bring washing products, theirs are a little over-priced I thought.

Very nice friendly area. Ppl there are so.pleasant and willing to help. I really enjoy the lady in graham nc that drives the green jaguar. So sweet friendly and takes really good care of the place..I enjoy coming out of burlington to graham to wash my clothes. Love this place .
