Before coming to pick up something for my boss, I called this place to make sure they would have the item I needed & making sure they were open & good to go before i drove an hour (which I let them know, as well) only to get there & have them RUDELY tell me over & over again that they would NOT be putting that item in my car!! for why?? because "i'm not lifting that" - so the hour drive there, plus the hour drive home... i've sat & thought about how different that situation could have went! Men in their 40's-60's speaking down on women & acting like entitled pricks is partially what's wrong with the world today! I wouldn't even give this place one star!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great, helpful people. They were able to arrange what I needed, when I needed it. The equipment worked just as intended, and the whole experience was trouble-free. Definitely going back!
