Going on 3 weeks with no water fountain and no hot water. Going on months of most leg equipment being out of order. Trash all over the place. Complete reflection on horrible management and owners. If you guys don’t care then shut it down.

What a bad person to put at the front desk.
Worst interaction ever, needs a lesson on how to talk to people. I just wanted some Information and she just made me feel bad to talk to her, I felt terrible after.
Never coning back.

Visited it today. Clean gym. But the merchant at the desk looked at the phone with a bored face, leaning against the counter and can't look away to say to me “Hello" normally.

Simply a gross facility from pricing, to equipment, to cleanliness, to policies. Ran (and often smells) worse than bad retirement home. Direct representation of the ownership values. More of a low-end night club vibe than health facility. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to spend your money.

Love the planet fitness at this location because of the small and the equipment. It has all new machines and very updated compared to other locations. But it does get very packed and kind of placed in a bad area. Multiple times people have been in the parking lot smoking pot. One of the workers was outside boxing someone and leaving the desk unattended. And quite a few times the bathroom has been nasty and looks like none of the staff check up on the bathroom.

Super clean, friendly team, a lot of machines and no body bothers you and you don't bother anyone, have a clean bathroom that's makes you feel like in your home, and the air conditioner is waooo pretty good and cool for these days that were hot

This used to be a pretty nice gym. Now it’s little Mexico. They think they rule it! And it’s going downhill in quality in terms the cleanliness too. The parking lot is dirty with trash … just not thr same. The new location in Burlington is a lot better and way more diverse
