Don't waste your time shut hole nothing works and staff is rude and very unclean trash over flowing nothing works look at pics no food they act like trucks should starve or they don't want bothered sad parking lot has over 50 dropped trailers locals park cars to save spots for there 6 wheelers very sad place

The truck parking lot is looking more and more like a storage lot for other people's junk. The red truck in this picture has been here so long that weeds are growing through the concrete around the tires. The flatbed trailer beside it is missing an axle. There are many more examples just like these two.

We were traveling from Raleigh to Knoxville and needed to fill up def and diesel. We don't have a commercial account so there's extra steps involved with the app and Samantha was so knowledgeable about the app that she knew right away why our code wouldn't scan. It really shows when you care about your job! She was friendly and professional and fast. Love it.

This place is nicer than most. Big parking lot, lots of pumps. However, the showers are terrible. I have been here 3 or 4 separate times now, and every time, it's low water pressure and sporadic hot water. It depends on a toilet flush for you to get any bit of hot water at all. May start parking here and walk across the street for a shower and see if theirs are any better.

I walked to Wendy's after parking and counted 26 dropped trailers and cars holding up parking spots from otr drivers. I'll definitely be hitting one before I leave in the morning.

Plenty of car/truck parking. 238 and 13 reserved truck spaces (make reservations online). Chicken and pizza served in store and there is also a Denny's. Clean restrooms and showers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels."

Don't waste your time stopping here if you are doing reset. Showers are bad, two laundry machines for drivers, but one is broken. The other is being used by employees to wash towels for shower. Leaving zero machines for drivers to wash clothes. Food same as every other Pilot/Flying J. Dried out wings, nasty pizza, microwave hamburgers.
