Overall we liked it pretty good. Top loaders worked good as did the dryers. People leave clothes behind a lot I noticed here. So we recommend it.

Every time I go to this laundry facility several washers and dryer’s are broken but never marked so I loose money and wait time. I had had several clothes destroyed by the dryers having places in them that hooks my clothes and rips them.

On 1/25/2020 I arrived at the coin laundry at 9:26 p.m. closing is at 10:00 p.m. to dry a small bag of clothes. The attendant came to the door to stop me from coming in, and said were closed. I said the door say you close at 10:00 p.m., now keep in mind it's two gentlemen inside still doing laundry. I asked her how many minutes does .25 cents give you? she replied 8 min. I said you've been here 7 min telling me i can't dry this small bag of clothes, clearly .25 cent would have dried them. So i called the police to make a report, but officer Taylor of the Graham police department said he can't file a report, because she can close down business anytime she wanted to. I hate to say it this was racism at it's finest. The laundry attendant was very hostile for no reason. I never raised my voice at her nor did i give her any reason to deny me service. I will not be returning to spend one coin at this business i will take my business somewhere else,also i will be getting in touch with corporate. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR NOT WANTED.

No ATM No bathroom No sink No attendant 14 dryers. 3 out of service. My clothes have finished washing and there aren't any dryers available. Someone left their stuff behind and their dryers have finished cycling. I wouldn't recommend this place. I won't be back. Its clean and there's not many people here. There's a tv, fan, and heating unit for the winter.

No sink, no restroom, no attendant. Nothing but machines, zero personality. Not user friendly.
