I have been a daily customer for a long time and should be a spokesperson for the sip-n-save. However, lately I’ve become very frustrated. There will be several people working but only 1 cashier open. I tried to get my daily drink today but the numbers on the screen would not punch in correctly and it was obvious that the cashier was getting frustrated with me trying so I just left without getting my drink and will start going somewhere else for my daily drink, gas, and cigarettes. This was not the first occurrence. It seems like all the good employees have left and the ones still there don’t want to work. I wish there was an easier way to do the sip-save such as a scan on your phone or a punch card because the screen often doesn’t work correctly but the employee shouldn’t get mad at the customer when it doesn’t work properly.

Wonderful staff with a great attitude and sense of humor. Lady in front of me was just giving them hell over a lottery scratch off. They all kept there composer, I would have strangled her! I do wish the gas pumps were a little faster it takes forever to fill your tank.

Just had a pretty bad experience here. I was trying to get some diesel fuel and a pump was not working. I spent about 10 minutes going back and forth asking someone to help and when the girl finally came out she said well I just started here two weeks ago and we're really busy. It was literally no one in line and 2 cashier's available. Save your time and get your fuel across the street or next door at the Shell station.
